Biography
In 2012, Cristina Leon joined the Hamilton Mikes team as a Legal Assistant. After obtaining her Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) certification in 2016, she was excited to use her new credentials to work alongside the firm's attorneys and is currently their certified Paralegal. Before her career with Hamilton Mikes, she worked as a Real Estate Assistant and later a Processor and Escrow Agent for a local title company, preparing closing documents, performing title searches, closings, and managing escrow accounts. The time spent handling these real estate accounts allowed Cristina to develop critical skills that she utilizes with the clients at Hamilton Mikes.
Born in Quito, Ecuador, Cristina speaks Spanish and English fluently. Hamilton Mikes is happy to offer assistance to Spanish-speaking clients by allowing them to speak in their native language. Cristina moved to Naples, Florida, in 1999, where she obtained her Legal Studies degree from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU). She became a member of Sigma Alpha Pi (The National Society of Leadership and Success). Because of her love for helping others, she dedicated her free time to community service.
